Douglas K. Wenzel concentrates
his practice on business and employer matters, including establishing corporations,
limited liability companies and other business organizations and representation of
business-related interests in employment, real property and other related business
matters.
Attorney Wenzel obtained his Juris Doctor in 1966 from
Wayne State University Law School.
He is a member and past President of the 26th
Judicial Circuit Bar Association, member of the State Bar of Michigan and has served as
Board member and past President of various local civic organizations and institutions,
including Alpena Community Concert Association and the Board of Trustees of Alpena General
Hospital.
